What we store

You sign in with a wallet, so we never ask for your name, email address or password. We store what you watched, what you wrote, and what you were paid — because the product cannot work without those — and a small amount of security data to stop people farming rewards.

We never ask for and never store your seed phrase or private key. Signing in proves you own an address; it authorises nothing else and moves no money.

• Your wallet address, and a handle derived from it. This is your identity here.
• What you watched — which films, which parts, and how long the session ran. This is what makes a reward possible to verify.
• What you wrote — your reviews and ratings, which are public.
• What you earned — the reward ledger and any payouts, including the transaction hash, which is public on the blockchain by nature.
• Security data — a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier, used to spot abuse.

No browser fingerprinting. No camera, microphone or location. No tracking of what you do on other sites. No advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics, and no identity documents.

We never store your raw IP address. It is hashed with a secret key before it is written down, which means we can tell that two requests came from the same network without being able to recover the address itself.

• Detailed playback records: 30 days. The summary of what you watched is kept while your account exists.
• Resolved security records: 180 days. Unresolved ones are kept until they are dealt with.
• Sign-in attempt records: 30 days.
• Financial records — rewards, claims and payouts — are kept indefinitely. We cannot delete part of a ledger and still have a ledger, and we may be required to account for payments made.

Rewards are checked automatically before they become withdrawable. If something looks unusual, the reward is held rather than refused, and a person reviews it. Holding is reversible and the money stays recorded as yours while it happens.

We do not publish the exact thresholds, because doing so would tell somebody trying to farm the system precisely how to stay underneath them. If a reward of yours is held, you can ask us why.

Reviews, ratings and your reviewer profile are visible to anyone. That is the point of the platform. You can withdraw a review at any time, which removes it from public view; the record that it existed stays in our database, because a reward may have been paid for it.

Because accounts are wallet-based, you can prove an account is yours by signing a message with it. Contact us from that wallet and we can tell you what is stored, or remove what is not part of the financial record.
